MDE Sub License Application

Big Lake Sub Application

Steps to Become a Sub:

Apply for a sub license: Apply for a short-call substitute teacher license from MDE (teacher sub only). Send complete licensure packet and payment to the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).

Complete a Big Lake Schools Sub Application: Fill out an application on Frontline

Complete the background check and new hire forms: Our staff will send you these documents after we review your application. Once you complete the forms, contact Sophia Moy (s.moy@biglakeschools.org) to set up a time to drop them off.
